Milking Our Herd
Ri-Val-Re TG Crimson-RED
Crimson came to the farm from Jerry Jorgensen. One of the highest GTPI Red and White Holsteins at the time, this variant red cow has multiple daughters by Jedi, Modesty, and Supersire.
River-Valley Cowboy Bethany
We purchased Bethany as a young junior 2 from Kyle Thygeson of VT. Amy, Analise and Deb drove up to pick her up and are pretty sure they passed by Bigfoot's house on the way! Bethany is a barn favorite as well as a show pro, having made over 20,000 lbs of 3.8% F 3.2% P milk in her 1st lactation 305 and hitting 100 lbs a day in her 2nd lactation. Bethany is scored EX 91 with an EX 92 mammary!
Knapps Regis Tamaris-ETV
If we had known how sweet Guernseys are, we'd have bought them years ago! We purchased Tamaris as a bred heifer at the National Convention Sale. A Regis out of the famous Knapps Ace Tamera, Tamaris calved in September and made it to the All American to win the fall yearling in milk class in both the open and junior shows Tamaris is milking over 60 lbs of 4.4% F milk, and we can't wait to see what her future holds.
